1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to myglorange@gmail.com with clear photo/video proof.

Product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional items.
3. Refund & Replacement Process

Once verified, you may choose a replacement or refund.

Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Glorange reserves the right to deny claims in case of false proof, repeated return abuse, or misuse.
